Payments & Shipping:

SHIPPING METHODS

Once we receive your order, most dresses are made to order, and take 3-4 weeks to make for standard sizes, custom sizes take an extra 1-2 weeks on top. These times are only estimated and can be quicker. 

Flower girl dresses take around 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the dress.

 

UK DELIVERY

Orders within the UK is Free Delivery, and this is sent via Evri or Royal Mail. Delivery takes 3 -5 days. 

Next Day Delivery is offered at £8.50, but please note this is once the dress has been made.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

​Orders internationally are charged at £25.00 for any size order. This is sent via Royal Mail as standard 1st class tracked delivery and takes roughly 8 days. Times can take longer and this needs to be considered at time of ordering as I cannot be liable for delays. 

Express delivery via DHL is offered at £55 which takes 3 to 5 days (usually 3 days). You will also be sent a tracking code. I will also need a telephone number and email address for the label, in case the courier needs to contact you.

CUSTOMS

Sometimes customs charges cannot be avoided when ordering internationally. I cannot be held responsible for any custom charges and these are to be paid by the customer. I do everything I can to try and avoid these for you.

If choosing Express Delivery, then please send me an email or message via the Chat button on the right an provide me with your phone number and email address. This helps couriers and customs to contact you easily.

Refund Policy

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES​

I do not accept Returns, due to these being made to order. This is due to customers wearing these in the past for a photoshoot or Childrens party and then returning.

I will gladly accept exchanges (apart from custom made sizes), but I need to be contacted within 3 days of you receiving your order, and it needs to be dispatched back to me within 7 days. There are no exceptions for it being any later. Once received and checked over, the process again of waiting 4 to 5 weeks to remake your order unless I have one already in stock.   

Custom dresses made to size can not be returned or exchanged, due to being hard to resell. 

If anything is wrong with your order, I would still love to help so please message me first before leaving any negative feedback.

 

CONDITIONS OF RETURN​

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and I will need to invoice you for additional charges to resend the new dress to you.  

If the dress is not returned in its original condition, then I will not be able to exchange and I shall return the dress back to you.  â€‹

  • Customers might not get a full refund if items are returned to us used or washed, not in the original condition with tags intact, with any marks (e.g. make-up or scratched shoe soles) or odours (e.g. perfume or cigarette smoke).

  • Please keep proof of postage when sending the goods back to us. This is for your own safety in case goods get lost in transit.


RIGHT TO CANCEL​

You have the right to cancel within 24 hours of the order being made. Anytime after this, cancellations will be refused.

REFUND POLICY

​Should you wish to cancel within 24 hrs, I will process your refund the same day of cancellation, back to the original payment method. This can take 2 to 5 working days to process, but sometimes quicker.

Any faulty items that is returned will be refunded once inspected, unless you would like a replacement. 

 

PROCEDURE

  1. If you wish to cancel an order, please email me with your name and order number. 

  2. You will then receive an email with confirmation of cancellation. I will process your refund imediately within business working hours.

  3. Should you wish for an exchange, then please email me or via the chat button with your name and order number without delay. 

  4. Please post the return items back to me within 7 days of your order being received. I can see this on the tracking. We recommend you return the items via tracked delivery and with sufficient insurance cover for the value posted.

  5. On receipt of the package, we will determine whether the item is acceptable for return in accordance within our policy.

  6. Once we have received you returned goods we will send you an email confirmation and your refund will be processed within 7 days.

  7. Refunds will be paid back using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. It can take a few additional working days for the banking and credit card system to credit the funds back onto your credit card or bank account once we have processed you refund.

  8. If the item is not acceptable then we will return it to you with an explanation of the reasons for its return.

Sizing

SIZING

We offer a wide range of sizes from size 6 to size 30 in certain dresses. Please refer to the size chart below. 

Dresses are all true to size and if you are different sizes due to larger thighs or bust, etc, I recommend custom sizes. 

 

Please just message me via email. 

 

I do not offer custom sizes on all my dresses but feel free to ask if you don't see it in the sizing options. 

 

For standard sizes ordered, they take 3-4 weeks to make, and any custom orders take a little longer of 1 - 2 weeks longer. Please bear in mind, that custom orders are non-returnable due to being made to your unique measurements and its harder to sell.
