This is a gorgeous tulle flower girl dress, that's different from the rest. 
A beautiful blue princess flower girl dress that flows to the floor.  
The top part of the dress is a polyester satin feel fabric with an overlay of mesh, with the most beautiful detail, splashed with stunning appliques, embroidery detail, and sequins,  
The bottom part of the dress has layers of tulle to make it puffy.  
To make it extra puffy, you may need a fluffy petticoat underneath.

I do not accept Returns!
I will gladly accept exchanges (apart from custom made sizes), but I need to be contacted within 3 days of you receiving your order, and it needs to be dispatched back to me within 7 days. It will begin the process again of waiting 4 to 5 weeks to remake your order unless I have one already in stock.   
Custom dresses made to size can not be returned or exchanged, due to being hard to resell.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN:
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and I will need to invoice you for additional charges to resend the new dress to you.  
If the dress is not returned in its original condition, then I will not be able to exchange and shall return the dress back to you.

DELIVERY:
Free delivery anywhere in the UK, via Royal Mail 1st class standard post which takes around 1 to 3 days to deliver. 
Expedited delivery service is available at an extra cost. 
Anywhere else in the World:
I send via Royal Mail as Tracked International Delivery. It takes around 6 to 8 days (unless delays with the postal service - this is not my responsibility) . 
I also offer Express Delivery service via DHL Express which is tracked and only takes 1 to 5 days from the UK. I will send you the tacking code, once the dress is made.
