The skirt part of the dress is a gorgeous flowy, tiered design in tulle fabric, and ties up at the back for a perfect fit.
All beautifully packaged in a box filled with shredded or folded pink tissue paper, pink/gold confetti and pink roses.
Packaged in a brand new box, with shredded tissue paper, pretty blue or pink confetti, with a few scattered flowers. 🎀
CUSTOM SIZING:
I do custom sizes on certain dresses, but it does take an extra 1 to 2 weeks on the normal time stated on here. Please bear in mind that I do not accept returns or exchanges for custom sizes as they are made for you, so please ensure you measure correctly.

TIME:
Dresses take 2 to 5 weeks to make. Please ensure you allow sufficient time for your event, for your dress to be made perfect.
DELIVERY:

Free delivery anywhere in the UK, via Evri tracked delivery, which takes around 3 days to deliver.
For orders over £250 orders will require a signature upon delivery, so please ensure you are in.
Any returned parcels for non delivery, will be returned to you, and I will need to invoice you for re-delivery.
Expedited delivery service is available at an extra cost.
Anywhere else in the World:
I send via Royal Mail as Tracked International Delivery. It takes around 6 to 8 days (unless delays with the postal service - this is not my responsibility) .
I also offer an International Express Delivery Service via DHL Express, which is tracked and only takes 3 to 5 days from the UK. I will send you the tracking code, once the dress is made.
Both shipping options are available at checkout.
Please note that the delivery terms are approximate and not guaranteed. Once your order is shipped, I will send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your parcel.
✈️ IMPORT DUTIES:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
I do not accept refunds, but I happily accept exchanges, for a different size of the "SAME" dress
You must contact me within 3 days of receiving your order.
All items that are sent back are strictly required to reach me, within 7 days from the UK, and any where else in the world has 14 days. If it reaches me outside these dates, I shall return back to you, and charge you for delivery.
Condition of Returns for the Exchanges:
Any returns for an exchange must be in the exact, unworn condition that I had sent in. I won't accept any returns if it smells of perfume, cigarettes or pets.
Failure to do so, will result in the exchange not being accepted and returned back to you, and you will be required to pay the postage.
The customer is required to cover the postage cost back to me, for an exchange, and ensure the packaging is not damaged. I often receive parcels that are extremely bashed.
I also send the customer an invoice for delivery, to send your new size.
